Born on October 31, 1953, to the late, David D. Clark and Nadine R. Clark. Archie was a proud graduate of Miami-Northwestern Senior High School. His dedication to service began early when he entered active military service with the United States Air Force in April 1972. For 15 years, he served our country with distinction as an Air Crew Life Support Specialist, earning numerous commendations including the Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Air Force Overseas Short Tour Ribbon, Overseas Long Tour Ribbon, Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon with 2OLCS, Air Force Training Ribbon, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Following his military service, Archie continued to serve others through his culinary gifts. He brought joy to countless people through his work with Kingston Delight Restaurant & Food Truck. During carnival and festival seasons, he took special delight in preparing Caribbean meals, pouring his heart into every dish he created. Archie was also a beloved member of the Bruce Carter Miami VA Center, where he spent many days uplifting and supporting his fellow veterans.

Archie leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory: his daughter, Angel Bernice Clark of Smyrna, GA; his son, Daryl R. Clark of Kennesaw, GA; and his ex-wife, Rebecca Clark of Columbia, SC. He was a proud grandfather to Hope Clark and Faith Clark. Archie is also survived by his siblings: Beverly Jones (Allen), David Clark, Jr. (Mary), Howard Clark, Sr., and Lawrence Clark, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends, veterans, and community members whose lives he touched through his service and culinary gifts.

Archie's legacy of service, both to his country and to his community, will continue to inspire all who knew him. His warm spirit, culinary talents, and dedication to helping others have left an indelible mark on the hearts of many. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on through the lives he touched and the love he shared.
